Her experience includes food, biotech, environmental, industrial, aerospace, CPG, B-B, B-B-C and B-C products. Mickele is currently an Activator at Clarity Now, helping businesses to thrive through a holistic approach that unifies sales and marketing, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable practices.

Lale Lovell, Ph.D. is a curiosity-driven engineer with over 25 years of experience at technology companies. Her expertise covers the complete engineering lifecycle from new product development to full production, and includes managerial roles for R&D labs, worldwide manufacturing, and firmware DevOps. Her passion is using Lean & Agile principles -- such as root cause analysis, value delivery, and organizational flow -- to drive positive change in teams and she enjoys teaching others about these methodologies. She is currently Vice President of Transformance Advisors, a training and coaching company specializing in Lean, SixSigma, and Project Management.
